How To Clean Silk Plants

Many of us shy away from silk plants and flowers because of the difficulty of keeping the dust off them. Also when they get dirty they are very hard to clean, the old way you would have to get a damp cloth and wipe one leaf at a time. This took hours to clean a whole house full of them.

There's a much easier way to clean your silks now and it's called Silk'n Splendor silk plant cleaner. It's very simple to use and best of all there is no wiping, you just spray it on and let it dry.

What it does is clean the dusty plants and puts a protective coating on the foliage to keep the dust from building up as quick. If you live in a dusty area then you may have to spray them once a month but if your in an area with less dust then once every 3 - 6 months will work fine. This product won't make old faded silk plants look new but it will help your existing ones last longer and look better than ever before.

Although we no longer sell Silk'n Splendor, it's such a good cleaner we have to pass on where you can purchase it. Below are the links to where you can purchase the 24oz spray bottle. For those who have a hard time with a pump spray it also comes in an aerosol spray. Purchasing by the case of 12 can save you money if you have a lot of cleaning to do.

One 24oz spray bottle gives you enough to clean about 6 average size plants or about 2 - 3 average trees depending on the dust build up. So next time you're thinking that you don't want to hassle buying silk plants or trees just remember it's easier than ever to keep them clean now.
